eCAL3 – Using Solid Score Lines

As of November 2018, we’ve started including solid score line versions of each project. These special versions are made especially for cutting machines that have scoring abilities such as the Cricut Maker, Cricut Explore and Sizzix eclips2. We’re sure that more machines with this capability will follow suit in the future.

In the video below, we’ll cover:

  • Identifying and locating Solid Score Line versions of our projects
  • Importing SVG files
  • Working with layers
  • Selecting score line layers
  • Changing Line Type to Score

Hi! Unfortunately, there is no way to adjust the pressure on the scoring wheel. If it is not scoring at all and you’re sure that you have the score layer set to score in Design Space, you may need to contact Cricut for technical support. If you’re not sure that you have it set to score correctly, please contact us using our contact us page and we’ll do our best to help you.
